Kev has served as GRA’s Director of Global Security Strategies since 2018. Prior to joining GRA, Kev enjoyed a successful 24-year career in military intelligence and special operations support and maintains a large network of global contacts and resources. Kev is motivated and driven to use security as a means of instilling and increasing operational confidence for organizations and their people. During this current phase of his career, Kev has continued to support operations all over the globe, with specific focus on the Middle East, Africa, Europe and the Caribbean/South America. Kev is highly informed and capable in all things security, including an expertise in security training, managing in-field crisis events, writing and implementing security policies and conducting strategic, in-depth evaluations of overseas locations and situations.

Rich is the visionary and founder of GRA. After years of entrepreneurship, including living and conducting business on several continents, his desire is to help other organizations achieve their goals, in the immediate as well as the long term. Rich defines success as assisting and seeing those around him succeed - which is what GRA is all about. His creativity leads him to think that most things are possible! As a natural problem solver, Rich loves working with people to better understand and address their security needs.

G brings over two decades of experience, working with and leading in international companies. With a strong financial, operational and team lead background, she loves the challenge of a new perspective and is the creative bridge-builder between the idea and the landing where it really happens. G greatly enjoys people of different cultures and thought, and the process of bringing them all together.
